Conducted a physical stock of each data center and office location. MDS’ teams traveled to every colocation facility and recorded server information like title, Rack U position, Rack U space, model number, serial number, power, and network connections. With this information, the project management staff pieced together a physical inventory and and the inner teams met.

Reviewed phone, colocation, and internet bills to find out the connectivity and bandwidth between each of the colocation centers as well as the office locations.
